Getting started
- Sign in with Apple, email, or Discord. A premium Discord role unlocks live alerts and the reselling tools.
- Add inventory from the Portfolio tab — scan a barcode or enter items manually to track cost, market value, and profit.
- Set up alerts in Pingers to get a push when your keywords hit, and follow drops and restocks from the Drops feed.
Connecting eBay
- Open Portfolio → Stats → Connect eBay and sign in through the secure eBay window.
- After connecting you can list items straight to eBay and import your active listings and recent sales so they count in your stats.
- Not seeing sold orders on import? Disconnect and reconnect once to grant the latest permissions.
Notifications
If alerts aren't arriving, check the app's notification settings and your device's system settings for Paragn. Critical keyword alerts can break through Focus when marked as such.
Managing your account
You can update preferences, disconnect linked marketplaces, or delete your account entirely from Account → Settings. Deleting removes your data from our systems.
