These terms govern your use of the Paragn Network app, supplied by Paragn Network Limited ("Paragn", "we"), company number 13147696, registered office 25 St Thomas Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9HJ. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Paragn is a tool for collectors and resellers, it helps you track inventory, view analytics, receive drop and restock alerts, and connect marketplaces such as eBay to list items and import your activity. Features may change over time. This does not override the service description you bought or your statutory remedies.
The app is free to download. Some features require a paid membership. Whop memberships are governed by our membership terms, including renewal, cancellation and refund rights. Manage billing with the provider shown on your receipt. If your purchase was made through an app store, its applicable billing and refund process also applies. Nothing here removes your statutory rights.
Deleting the app or an app account does not cancel a separately billed subscription. See cancellation help. Our privacy notice explains how account and connected-service data are handled.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and its included tools for your own lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the access included in your account or membership. We retain ownership of our software and intellectual property. You must not sell or share your access, copy or redistribute our software, or reverse engineer it except where the law permits. This licence does not limit your ownership of information you enter into the app or your statutory rights.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to break the law or the terms of any third-party service you connect.
When you link a third-party service (for example eBay, a marketplace, or an email inbox), you authorise Paragn to act on your behalf for the features you use. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and Paragn is not responsible for their availability or decisions.
We must meet our legal obligations when providing the app. Prices, market data, alerts, and analytics are best-effort and may be inaccurate or delayed. You are responsible for your own buying, selling, and financial decisions.
We do not guarantee a successful purchase or resale profit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude. For consumers, we remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Account → Settings. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
